The space
Our bright and welcoming studio apartment is located on the top (fifth) floor of a renovated building and is easily accessible by elevator. Thoughtfully designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, it's an ideal choice for city breaks, business trips, or remote work.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, making it comfortable for both short and longer stays. A cozy loft sleeping area offers a 120 cm-wide mattress for one guest (please note that the ceiling height in the loft is 140 cm). In the living area, a spacious sofa converts into a comfortable double bed measuring 160 × 250 cm.
Guests working remotely will appreciate the dedicated table and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. An ergonomic office chair is available upon request, just let me know in advance.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a homemade dinner with ease.

Important: The washing machine is a European top-loading model with inner drum doors. Before starting a cycle, please ensure the inner drum doors are fully closed and securely locked. If needed, I'll be happy to send you a short video showing how to use it correctly.
Other things to note
Under Hungarian law, accommodation providers are required to record certain personal data of their guests. Therefore, all guests aged 14 and over must present a valid identification document upon arrival. Without valid ID, we are legally unable to provide accommodation.
Parking is possible in our street, on weekdays it costs around 600 HUF/hour (from 8 am to 10 pm), but it's free on weekends (after Friday 10 pm), and public holidays.
Please note that a few Saturdays each year are designated as working days, so parking on the street is subject to payment on those days. Please check this in advance if you're arriving by car.
A few corners away - 10-15 minutes walk - there is a parking where you can leave your car for a fix price (around 3900 HUF/day), it's the RAM Garage (Bessenyei utca 4-6.).
Other option is Westend Outdoor Parking (around 3500 HUF/day) - 1062 Váci út 3.
