3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped separate kitchen and lots of board games for entertainment.

The space
Open plan sitting room and dining room with huge bay windows flooding the rooms with light and providing amazing views of the sea and Mortehoe Point. Desk and fast internet.
Separate spacious and well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Downstairs loo.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with the option of two single beds or a superking bed, room two has a queen bed. Both with en-suites, and large bay windows with stunning views. Third bedroom has bunk beds and there is a family bathroom with full size bath.
Outside there is a large terrace at the front and at the back is a hose and hooks for wetsuits.
One car park is available plus there are guest car parks on a first come first served basis.
Note. There are steps up from the parking area to the apartment. The apartment itself is over two floors.

Guest access
Allocated parking, a large terrace and a spacious apartment over 2 floors. Note, there is also a set of stairs from the car park to the entrance. Key box is located at the back entrance.

Other things to note
Parking is available in space number 4. Take stairs next to car park 4, turn left and walk straight ahead, through the small gate labelled no. 4. Follow the path around to the back door for the key box.
