It is an 8th floor apartment (with 3 elevators) with unobstructed views of the Mediterranean. If you are traveling with a baby, please indicate this to facilitate a crib and high chair. There are 3 swimming pools with green areas in the development. A 5-minute walk (200m) away, you will find the beach and several bus stops, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks...
Check check-in/out times (whenever we can we will adapt it to you). There is no garage, but there is usually free and safe parking on the same street.

The space
Our gem is the large south-facing window. In the winter, the apartment becomes a natural sunroom that traps heat and light, creating a perfect retreat for those escaping the cold. Prefer a breeze? Open it all the way and let the Mediterranean come into the house. It’s the perfect spot to work remotely in natural light or enjoy a drink at dusk.
We take extreme hygiene measures in our apartment.
Totally renovated, it is located in a building that is not new, but it is quiet and comfortable, with a closed enclosure.

It is optimally distributed and in its 40m² we find a separate bedroom with a double bed; a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a separate kitchenette; a bathroom with a shower tray.
There are closets, 2 TVs and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.
The space is especially suitable for a couple, or two adults with a child. (According to new Spanish Legislation, there can only be 1 guest per 14m2.)
In the event that, even if only 2 people are going to use the bed and the sofa bed, you must specify in your request so that we leave sheets and special measure cover for the sofa (10€/stay), if not indicated, we will only prepare home clothes for the bed in the bedroom. Likewise, if you need to rent beach towels (€5/unit/stay), you must make a special request and payment will be made upon arrival, at the time of key delivery.
From here you can visit Puerto Marina, Castillo de Colomares and that of Bil Bil, la Stupa, Golf Course, Sea Life, Malaga, Fuengirola... When you book, if you wish, I will send you a PDF dossier to help you organize the visits in the area.

No parties or pets are allowed in the apartment.
If you use the air conditioning equipment, you must be careful so that the tank that collects the drain pipe does not overflow (with the humidity produced by the proximity to the sea, a lot of condensation is created and it fills faster than in inland cities). Never leave it plugged in if you're away!
Guest access
Free access with cards (1 per person) that we give you, to the swimming pools and natural grass solarium (in the opening season). There are public outdoor parking spaces on the same street and surrounding area (free). There is a supermarket in the same development (open in high season) and a restaurant near the pools with a daily homemade food menu, where you can also have a drink on its terrace.
You can walk or rest peacefully and safely in the common areas, outdoors, within the residential development itself.
Other things to note
• Spanish regulations (RD 933/2021) require that on the date of entry or earlier, each guest over 14 years of age fill in and sign a registration with their details. Children under that age must also register, their data will be provided by the adult they are accompanied by. For your convenience, we will send you a safe link to check in online that you must complete before your arrival.
Naciones-BenAlma is authorized by the Junta de Andalucía as a vacation rental (Tourist use) and has a unique registration number, required by Law.
• Please DO NOT stand on the chairs, they could break and you could have an accident. There is a 2 step staircase next to the washer machine.
• There are complaint forms, a first aid kit, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, air conditioning and heat pump, fans, smoke and CO2 detector, tourist information brochures, board games, books in Spanish, German, English...
•It is forbidden to remove towels or other items from the apartment. If you want beach towels you can request them separately (€5/unit).
FORGOTTEN OBJECTS:
* When unclaimed:
In the event that the objects are damaged or in poor condition, they will be discarded. When it comes to valuables or new things, after 15 days, they will be handed over to the person of the staff who found them.
* When reclaimed by their owner:
We will agree on the form of delivery, which will be in hand, in the place we indicate from Nations-BenAlma, or they will be sent by courier or mail to the address indicated to us, upon payment by the owner, of the full cost of the shipment. The chosen courier will have home pickup service or we will choose the delivery point.
* In any case, items left behind will be kept for the guest for 15 calendar days from the date of checkout. I passed that time without having claimed or having done so but without having paid for the shipment, we will proceed to dispose of them as we think convenient.
LOST KEY:
• Take care of the keys. In case of loss, you will be charged the full amount of a new lock and its installation.
