Welcome to our cozy cottage—perfect for relaxing, recharging, and making memories. Just 10 minutes from MSU and steps from Lake Lansing and local parks, the home features hardwood floors, a gas range, A/C, indoor fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen. The fenced backyard oasis includes a grill, fire pit (wood provided), and plenty of charm. Our guest ratings are 15% higher than similar listings—we’d love to host you!

The master suite has a king bed and daybed with trundle and full bath with walk in shower.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a full bed with a second twin that has direct access to outdoor patio.

Large sofa sleeper with Queen bed has upgraded 6 inch thick hybrid mattress.

For our lil'guests, upon request we have a pack'n play with comfort mattress and highchair available.

The cottage uses well water with water softening system.

The cottage has amazing views and sunsets, but does not have direct access to Lake Lansing.

Lake Lansing Park South you and your guests can enjoy swimming, large green spaces, picnic tables, fishing, paddle boats, beautiful mature trees and in the summer Live concerts on Friday nights.

Public boat launch is located at the North end of the Lake. We have parking available for watercraft and trailers.

We are both born and raised Michiganders. My husband (MSU alum) and I (WMU alum) have lived and work in the Lansing Area for the past 20+years. We have lived in the Lake Lansing community since 2016. We love and appreciate and enjoy all the seasons and what they offer. We do our best to protect the lake and pollinators. The cottage has some unique features such as rain water cleaning garden, pollinator garden, mosquito reduction plantings, clover yard (resistant to dog urine). The cottage has been designated as a Monarch preserve.
