Please note: Our base rate is for up to 15 guests. Airbnb may reflect a different rate once 16 guests are selected. Additional guests beyond this will be charged ₱800 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 30 guests. Up to 3 children aged 7 and below stay for free, subject to age verification. 🧒👦

Room Details:
We have 2 spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests each.

Plus, a cozy master bedroom that sleeps up to 6 guests — perfect for couples or small groups.

All rooms are with en-suite toilet and bath.

If you would like full access to all bedrooms regardless of group size, we’re happy to accommodate — just let us know in advance (an additional fee may apply).

This setup helps us maintain the quality of the space while offering a sustainable and cost-efficient stay for everyone.

We love welcoming furry friends! Just be sure to clean up after them, and please note that any pet-related damages may result in additional charges. Thanks for being a responsible pet parent! 🐾

Our pool is well-loved and gets daily cleaning to keep it fresh! Since it’s been around for a while, you might notice some natural marks on the tiles caused by the water and chemicals—but don’t worry, it’s all part of its charm and doesn’t affect how clean it is. It's about 3 feet at the shallow end. Please keep an eye on the kids since there aren’t any lifeguards around. 👧🏼👦🏼

Drink and Smoke responsibly! 🍻🚬 Please use designated smoking areas—fresh air is precious, and we’d like to keep it that way!

Our helpers are around if you need anything—but when it comes to cleaning up after yourself, that part’s all you! 👩🏽‍💼🧹

In case of unexpected power interruptions, our generator is ready to keep essential appliances running.
