A split ranch design with vaulted ceilings. Lots of room inside w/ good size bedrooms, multiple eating areas inside and outside. Fully stocked kitchen. Kid friendly.
Our cabin offers private lakefront access without lakefront price. It also comes with a lakefront lot which offers a private dock and picnic area. Great place to spend the day, fishing, kayaking, swimming and enjoying the sunset. Just a short walk down a scenic nature trail gets you to our lakefront lot (see photo of walking trail). Please note: the home itself is not on the lake, we own a separate lot on the lake.
We have a seasonal inground pool in the subdivision as well as a boat launch to access the lake (smaller boats or pontoons). The lake has a sand bar with multiple islands, a very unique place.
Awesome area with tons of stuff to do within the subdivision. Fishing, walking, ATV trails inside the sub or ride from the house to main trails. We are located in Northern (Lower Peninsula) Michigan, right in the snow belt so we gets lots of snow!
Lots of room for parking in the driveway and the grass to the west of the driveway. Golf carts, SXS, dirt bikes, four wheelers must obey 25mph in the Subdivision on the roads.
2 Kayaks on site to use. Lots of outdoor games and indoor games to use. Community pool, parks, and multiple inland lakes. No access to the garage or basement, and a few locked closets. Pool, Private Dock, patio set, and outdoor games are seasonal (generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
