This beautifully furnished beach home features 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably—with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, a full pullout bed and 2 sets of twin bunk beds, there is plenty of room to spread out. Whether you’re chasing waves or chilling in the shade, the layout is perfect for multigenerational families or groups of friends.

Primary King Suite: This suite includes a private bathroom and an office/media room with a 42" flat screen, couch, and pack 'n play—perfect for working remotely, watching the game, or keeping the baby close.

Third Queen Bedroom: Well-appointed + 34" flat screen TV.

Fourth Bedroom/Bunk Room: Full-sized sleeper sofa + 2 twin bunk beds + 42" flat screen—ideal kid/teen hangout, second living room or for larger groups.

Three full bathrooms: Great water pressure and full showers.

This home is located mid-island in a quiet location but close to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, grocery and more. Situated on the famous Tybee biking/walking/carting path, it is in a perfect position for people watching from the front porch or hopping on a bike or golf cart (even walking) to get anywhere on the island.
