Set on a private, fenced in lot with sweeping red rock canyon views, this farmstay features 2 adorable mini Highland cows, chickens, an apple orchard plus a hot tub, sauna & copper soaking tub: perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

• Bryce Canyon & Grand Canyon North Rim: A scenic highway 2 hr drive
• Local hiking trails & ATV adventures just minutes from the property (Water Canyon Trailhead, Maxell Park, BLM Public Land)
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property minus the housekeeping closets.
Parking: Ample gravel parking in front of the barn, gated.
There are no city buses or Uber in the area. We highly recommend experiencing something new like a local horseback ride with Blue Sage Adventures or booking a guided ATV tour.

1. No pets on the furniture, hot tub, or inside any of the animal enclosures.
