CONSUMABLES:
We provide towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, salt/pepper, ground coffee, Brita filtered water & trash can liners starter packs. Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra towels, blankets, soap, shampoo, water bottles, etc.
THE DRIVE:
Mostly paved roads, except the last 0.3 mile to the property
ENTRY:
Contact-less Self check-in. Gate and door codes to be provided morning prior to check-in.
PARKING:
There is a private fenced driveway for up to 3 cars to park
We do not have an outlet that is powerful enough to charge electric vehicles. Please charge at nearby stations and plan accordingly.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable internet throughout the entire space.
Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $100 pet fee, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets paid at time of booking. We’re sorry we do not accept cats. You will be automatically charged for 1 pet and the second pet will need to be paid with a request for payment. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste & be mindful of urine as it will stain. Excess pet hair, feces left behind, urine stains and animal damage is not covered by the pet fee.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Hot tub, pool, patio, hammocks, cornhole ladder ball, connect 4 & outside dining available for you to enjoy!
*Please keep in mind that the hot tub is a lower voltage and heating times vary in cold winter conditions. Typically December-January.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials: Pots, Pans, Plates, Glasses, Mugs, Utensils
We don't have a dishwasher. Guests would need to handwash any used dishes, pans and utensils as part of checkout procedures.
OTHERS:
The desert is home to various wildlife and insects. Keep doors and gate closed to minimize their visits.
We do not recommend drinking from the tap. Please bring your own water bottles for your trip.
*NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras, 1 above the garage and 1 at the front door. They are not monitored however do record 24/7 for reference if necessary for emergency purposes. There are no cameras in private spaces.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST:
When available, we do offer early check in & late check out when prearranged for a fee. When not prearranged the late check out fee is $100/hr to cover a larger emergency cleaning team so we can meet the expectations of the guest checking in after you. In special circumstances we can accommodate a complimentary early check-In and/or late check-out.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
We will gladly accommodate luggage, refrigerator item drop off etc when prearranged with a 48hr notice and a $60 prepaid fee.
WATER FEATURE SERVICE:
Please note water feature is regularly serviced and you can expect the technician to arrive through the exterior gate anytime Monday through Friday between 8am to 5pm, no interaction from you is needed.
CONSUMABLES:
All consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc are meant to be a starter pack to get you started for your vacation. They are not meant to be UNLIMITED! Please plan accordingly for the length of your trip.
EVENTS/ COMMERCIAL USE:
In case anybody is found involved in unauthorized activities that are used for personal gain on the property, you will be penalized according to the Host's discretion only.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS:
There's a fee attached for forgotten item. This fee covers not only the shipping cost but also the gas, shipping, and the labor involved in having our team retrieve, package, and send the item back to you. Thank you for your understanding.
