Located within the CBD of Swan Hill, The Green House is ready for a large family, or perhaps a group of friends who are ready to relax and enjoy all that Sunny Swan Hill has to offer. Sleeping up to 15 people (with 2 on each of the sofa beds) you can comfortably share this home and create moments to remember.

The space
Main floor features 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom (plus a separate toilet and basin within the laundry) undercover deck that overlooks the outdoor pool & well presented gardens.
Upstairs has a second living area (with a queen sofa bed to sleep 2) with balcony, two bedrooms and full bathroom.

Guest access
The bulk of the house is yours to enjoy. There is a locked pantry in the kitchen and our new laundry under renovation- Please do not try to gain access to these.
The shed in backyard is also out of bounds and not be accessed. Any attempt to enter the above areas will be classed as breaking and entering.

Other things to note
The house features several options for heating & cooling throughout.

Evaporative cooling throughout kitchen, lounge, hallway, dining and bedroom 1. The control panel for this is located in the Dining room.

Electric Heating within individual rooms.

Some rooms having ceiling fans, others have Split system heating/ cooling These will be in room descriptions.

Our home does feature Ring Cameras at the front entrance and at the Driveway for your security and ours. This is not to be removed or altered in anyway.

We do ask that you put all used towels & linens in the laundry and put rubbish outside (to avoid pests, vermin & bad smells within the home) if your checkout is on a Monday we would please appreciate you putting out the large council bins on the nature strip before 9am for collection.

No EV charging permitted!!

One of our heating options uses Gas bottle system, along with our Bbq outdoors. Please contact us immediately should you experience gas running out.
