Welcome to The Seaview Snug: your Perfect Family Getaway in Devon, nestled in the heart of the Devon Cliffs Haven Holiday Park at Sandy Bay, Exmouth.
The Seaview Snug is a welcoming and well-equipped three-bedroom static caravan designed with families in mind. It is situated in a popular, but quiet part of Haven’s popular flagship holiday park, Devon Cliffs and has its own private parking space. It is a short 5 minute stroll to the stunning Blue Flag beach and also only a 5-10 minute walk to the main complex!
This cosy home-from-home retreat has a seaview from the decking as well as inside and offers the ideal balance of seaside fun, homely comfort, and access to everything you need for a memorable break on the beautiful Devon coast. There are many benefits of booking a privately owned caravan, including not having to queue to check-in, knowing exactly what your caravan will look like and where it will be situated on the site, but mainly knowing that we pride ourselves in the Seaview Snug being our much loved family holiday home that we want you to make happy memories in - just like we do.
Inside, the Seaview Snug sleeps up to 6 guests, with:

The caravan is truly a home-from-home, complete with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer—perfect for whipping up a family meal or heating up those beachside leftovers. The caravan benefits from a decking area which has a table and chairs allowing you to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a beach day with a glass of something bubbly all whilst looking out upon the wonderful seaview.
For rainy days or relaxed evenings, enjoy our selection of board games, books, and cosy extras that make this more than just a place to stay.
The caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a private parking space for one car as well as plenty of free parking nearby. As part of the Devon Cliffs Haven site, guests have access to a fantastic range of on-site amenities (some subject to additional charges via Haven), including:

• Daily entertainment including children’s entertainment
• Tube slides, mini golf and play parks
• Outdoor adventure activities such as segways, archery and aerial climbing

The location of The Seaview Snug couldn’t be better— it is in a much loved, quiet area of the site and is just a 5 minute walk to a stunning Blue Flag sandy beach situated on a South West Coastal path, where you will also find a fantastic beach restaurant and handy bar. The beach is accessible via a slope so no steps to navigate and during the summer months the RNLI provide life guards to ensure everyone’s safety. If the tide is timed correctly, you can even walk around to the lovely Exmouth beach or why not use the coastal path to walk into Exmouth or nearby Budleigh Salterton! The main facilities, including restaurants, swimming and the arcades are a short 5 minute walk from the caravan so it really is a perfect spot!
Overall location of the Haven site in Devon provides a wealth of places to visits and things to do! Devon Cliffs is situated next to the well-loved seaside town, Exmouth and is close to the M5. You can find the charming World of Country Life attraction right at the entrance of the site, but a little further and you can be exploring Exeter, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, the Jurassic Coast, Dartmoor National Park and so many more places that hold a host of adventures to suit all tastes: castles, coastal walks, shopping centres, cream tea shops, zoos, theme parks, a golf course and even a model village! The list is endless! Exmouth itself is one of Devon’s gems, offering golden sandy beaches, rock pools to explore, and a lovely promenade with independent shops and cafes. A list of suggestions of places to visit during your stay can be found in your welcome pack awaiting your arrival; however, there is also so much to do on site that you may find you don’t want to venture out of the park!

Things to note:
* Linen for the beds will be provided, but please bring your own towels (kitchen towels will be available).
* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* There is a strictly no smoking and/or vaping policy inside the caravan as well as no naked flames (candles, etc)
* There are to be no pets in the caravan because of allergies.
* Cleaning products will be available for use within the caravan.
* All guests can access the restaurants and food outlets, arcade, supermarket and play areas. If you would like to book free and paid activities such as the swimming pool, activities or entertainment, you will need to purchase Haven Play Passes. We can help you with this once your holiday is confirmed and we suggest booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Some activities can be booked on the day, but is subject to availability by Haven.
* Cots, high chairs and prams can be hired directly through Haven, but again, we suggest booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
