Although the listing is marked “Not a good fit for children 2–12” and “Not a good fit for infants under 2,” this designation is based on the cabin’s layout and natural surroundings rather than a prohibition on children.
The property is a certified wildlife habitat — home to the critters that come with it — with uneven ground, hills, exposed rocks, brush piles, and nearby fencing. The cabin includes loft sleeping areas accessed by stairs and a ladder, and we do not currently have removable safety gates.
Families are welcome to review these details and determine whether the property is suitable for their children based on their own comfort level and supervision preferences.
