Escape the big city and enjoy your get away in the quiet ranching town of Avon. Two rooms, each with queen beds, a big living and dining room area, a freshly redone kitchen with all the amenities, & a super cute bathroom with a claw foot tub and walk-in shower. There’s also a full laundry room available. Make sure to catch the sunset from the patio & big back yard that overlooks beautiful hay fields. Also enjoy the walking trail along the nearby river.

The space
We aren’t allowing any camp fires with the drought and fire danger in our area. Thank you for your understanding!

We are conveniently located about 1/2 way between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park, right off the recommended scenic route between the two parks.

Avon is the home of Birdseye Mercantile, open Friday-Sunday, a beautiful antique and fabric store with many hidden treasures. Be sure to stop by if you’re visiting during store hours.

The Avon cafe is well known for all their homemade food. Catch locals eating here regularly in this cute, small town cafe. The kind that you just don’t find anymore. Fresh homemade pies and cinnamon rolls - and be sure to try a milkshake on those hot summer days or their homemade chili on the cold winter days.

The Little Blackfoot River runs through the Avon valley, a sought after fishery with many great wade fishing access points. This is a beginner friendly river to fish and enjoy.

Just beyond Main Street of Avon you can access a walking trail that takes you along the River. Lots of shade to sneak away from the summer heat and enjoy a beautiful, peaceful walk.

Deer Lodge, about 20 minutes away has the renowned Grant Kohrs Ranch, Old State Prison, and Car Museum to check out. We also love the bowling alley there!

Anaconda, with a welcoming downtown and several new eating options, is about 1 hour away.

Philipsburg, about 1 hour away, has sapphire mining, the highly sought after candy and sapphire jewlery store, + much more to explore.

Helena, the State Capital, is about 1/2 hour away with lots of shopping, eateries, hiking trails, and sites to see.

We look forward to hosting you and helping make this one of your most treasured get aways!
