Located on lovely Lake Lauzon is the perfect location for families who enjoy the kind of relaxed and peaceful vacation experience only found on the region’s smaller lakes. This property offers 2 cottages (and a bunkie) available to rent. These cottages have been in the same family for over 20 years, and are now available for other guests to enjoy. Cottage B, comprising of 1200 square feet of living space boasts three bedrooms and a capacity to sleep 7 guests.

The space
This gorgeous cottage is all on one floor. There are three bedrooms, a three-piece bathroom, kitchen, living room and a screened in room. There is waterfront access and a dock. Bring your own boat to launch for free down the road.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the full use of the cottage, well appointed kitchen, boat dock, 2 kayaks, Canoe, paddle boat, board games, DVDs, bocce ball set and horseshoe rings.

Other things to note
The water system provides drinking water via UV light water filtration system.

Please be sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, bath/beach towels.

We supply sheets, pillows, blankets, bathroom hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen cloths/towels, napkins, tin foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, misc spices, coffee, sugar, coffee filters and dish soap.

There is an additional fee if the bunkie is required. The bunkie can sleep 4 people and has a twin bunk bed as well as a double bed up in the loft.

We have 2 cottages on the property both with their own docks, fire pits and outdoor space. They share a driveway and parking spots.
