When you book this listing you will receive the whole basement. We the owners will be living on the upper floors. The basement includes - Private entrance - Kitchen - Living space - 3 bedrooms - 1 Washroom (Which will only be used by the guests) - Laundry (washer/dryer) - 1 parking space which can fit 2 cars.
What guests are saying:“Hi there, We had lots of plans during our trip to Toronto. Unfortunately everything came to a standstill due to COVID19.. Despite all the adversities we could enjoy the March break with our son. The place is cleaned very well as from the start and we had tried to keep it that way. The convenience to drive to walmart (very close) and easy to drive anywhere farther away from this airbnb are a plus. Yet, a rental car is a must imho. The big tv is nice to kill time. The beds are comfortable and the washroom is very spacious. There is/was sufficient toilet papers 😂 😂 😂 thanks for that! At least we don't have to worry about that. With a lovely feeling we go back to Europe. Thank you both et merci! Connie, Wesley and Garrison”

Located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood in Richmond Hill, my home is just minutes away from beautiful lakes, scenic trails and parks as well as many restaurants, banks and entertainment centres. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. NO AVAILABLE PARKING FROM NOVEMBER 1st TO APRIL 1st.
