The space
A restored stone cottage tucked into a fold of wild central Portugal that most people never find.
The thick stone walls mean the inside is cool and silent — the river is there when you want it, gone when you close the door.
Both the river and your drinking water come from separate mountain springs — pure, cold, and clean straight from the source.

The bedroom has a queen bed and views straight to the river.
When you’re done swimming, come back to a comfortable lounge with soft lighting, books, and games. A dining area for two.

Other things to note
Drinking water comes from a private mountain spring — cold and clean straight from the tap.
Phone signal works but is limited. That’s the point.
The track to the house winds 250m down through the trees until the world goes quiet. Good condition, suitable for normal cars.
Toilet paper goes in the bin provided — standard for rural Portugal, nothing to worry about.
Fully electric property — no gas supply, no carbon monoxide risk.
2 night minimum so you can properly land and unwind. You can’t feel this place in one night.
