Located downtown, this revitalized four-story townhouse was completely renovated in 2020. Guests can access the top three stories of the house which include a fully furnished living and dining room space, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fenced in yard/patio. Only a 10 minute drive to the Yuengling Brewery! Enjoy walking to restaurants and local parks. By car, visit many of the region's historical areas, hiking trails, and outdoor activities!

The space
On the first floor you'll spend time in our furnished living room, dining area, and kitchen. Original hardwood floors run throughout this updated and clean space. With plenty of seating in the living room, the space is great for conversation, relaxing, or watching the big game on the 65" TV. The large dining table, which seats 8 comfortably, is perfect for big meals and gatherings! Our kitchen, which includes granite countertops and brand new appliances, is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, and all cooking essentials. Kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine, full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher.

On the second floor you'll find two of three bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and our laundry area. Luxury vinyl planking runs throughout the efficiently designed layout. The front bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, reading nook, and TV. The back bedroom has two beds, a twin and a queen. In the hall, you'll find the bathroom which includes a large double vanity, a shower/tub, and a separate toilet room with a pocket door. The laundry is located on the second floor landing; a full-sized washer and dryer will be available for use.

Retreat to the third floor and discover the master suite. This large room with a lofted ceiling is perfect for relaxing. You'll find a king-sized bed, TV, reading nook, and a large desk for doing any on-the-go business or work. Attached is a full en suite with a glass-door shower.

Outside, you'll find a quaint patio. Relax on the patio furniture while utilizing our propane grill. The backyard is also fully fenced.

Parking: Street parking is available directly in front of the residence. There is also public parking on the street and at the Little League Complex, which is roughly 150 yards from the house. **Please be respectful and do not park in neighbors' spots in front of their houses. During the spring and summer, the Little League Complex parking will more than likely be crowded during the day.**

Neighborhood highlights

This house is located just steps from the Little League Complex! Here you'll find the Little League fields (both boys and girls), a larger baseball field for teen leagues, the community swimming pool, the community playground, and the 1/2-mile loop walking path. During the season, you'll be able to walk over and grab a hotdog at the concession stand and cheer on our local teams! Go Battlin' Miners!

You'll also be a short walk from the town's restaurants and diners. These local eateries serve many popular dishes while also serving traditional coal region fares. There are also pubs and convenient stores that are within walking distance that have a host of local dishes as well as many drinks to choose from!

The house is located only 10 minutes from the Yuengling Brewery and within driving distance to many other local attractions such as Hershey Park, Centralia, Knoebel’s Amusement Park, Big Diamond Speedway, and many more!
