We are a small farm/garden property located in Sand Lake, NY. Hiking is right outside the front door.
Our current cabins have heat and electricity. The common building is a stones throw from the cabins that has a kitchen, common space, 2 showers and 4 toilets. Please note bathrooms and showers are not in the cabins, they are located in the common building.

The space
Nestled in the hills of Rensselaer county our newly constructed cabins and common building were built in the summer and fall of 2023. Our 3rd cabin is now available. This unique A-frame is secluded among the fiddlehead ferns.
Discounts available when guests rent all 3 cabins
Also if guests stay 3 nights we will discount the 3rd evening at half off. Inquire for additional details

Come snowshoe in the winter and hike in the spring, summer and fall as our property is next to Bessie’s woods or come to relax and unwind in the woods. There are snowshoes on site for rent while you stay.
Please note the cabins do not have the bathroom in them. Bathrooms are located in the common building which is less than 200 ft from the cabin
*We are 30 minutes from Jiminy Peak which offers downhill skiing and adventure park in the summer and fall.
