Listing includes 8 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night (infants of any age). 10 total allowed (8 adults comfortably). $175/stay per pet. Your family is close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2 story elegant rustic cabin, less than 3 miles from the beaches at Priest Lake, Idaho. Walk 1/2 mile north on Hwy 57 to golf course, Tamrak Hardware, ice cream, grocery, gas, gym & dining. Snowmobile to winter trails straight from the front porch & enjoy hummingbirds in summer.

The space
Great room and office/dining table located when you first enter the Lodge.

Downstairs bedrooms: Front bedroom has one queen bed, and a small pull out sofa for one adult or two kids, closet shelves, and two cozy chairs & table. Back green bedroom has one queen bed, one comfy chair and closet shelves.

Upstairs bedrooms: Master bedroom has one king bed and baby pac-n-play located in master walk in closet. Kid's bunkroom boasts toddler log handmade bunkbed as well as a regular size bunkbed that can accommodate adults, and a small dresser.

Kitchen is small but packed with everything you need: Keurig, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, ice machine, freezer/refrigerator, oven, stove-top, KitchenAid mixer, baking tins, pots, pans, dishes, mugs, serving ware, salt, pepper, coffee, teas, sugar, oil, and more!

Entire property is included in the rental. Outside fire pit AND FIREWOOD, two children’s bicycles, soccer ball & goal nets, cornhole, kiddie pool (inside garden shed), inside puzzles, games, library area with an assortment of books for all ages. Local author books for sale on top shelf as well as a collection of Autumn's local photography.

Other things to note
Please only use the Schlage keypad to lock and unlock the main door. Do not lock the actual doorknob from inside or you may get locked out. When leaving just pull door slightly towards you and push the top Schlage button, then check that it is locked. Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside. Use the provided doggie sacks to remove outside dog waste.

Marvin Estates is a friendly community, circular drive located behind Autumn's Lodge, perfect for a morning walk on Ryan Rd. and Tracy Lane. Quiet times are 10pm to 8am. No use of 4wheelers, side by sides, or snow mobiles in Marvin Estates, unless arriving or leaving the rental.
