The space
The chalet is completely self-contained in water and electricity. So we consume life wisely :)
A green setting, a simple but comfortable layout, charming decoration... an enchanted break to return to the essentials.

WINTER: A cottage is a light habitat, not as insulated as a modern house. Once the fire is out, temperatures drop quickly, so plan warm and comfortable clothes to make the most of this life in the woods.

For safety reasons, the fire is not maintained if no one is on site. We prepare the chalet for 1 p.m. and then return to work, if you plan to arrive after 1 p.m. please take this point into account.

Summer: in case of hot weather it is difficult, as everywhere else, to sleep in a mezzanine. We provide you with bedding (two double mattresses) and a mosquito net to set up your bed in the shelter of the pergola.
The fresh air, the fireflies, the wind in the trees… it's pure happiness you'll see!

(It happens that in times of drought/strong winds outdoor fires are totally prohibited by the authorities to protect the forest. Thank you for your understanding)

The chalet is located in the woods overlooking the hill of the 7 mills. It is surrounded by other wooded plots, some of which are inhabited.
There are neighbors but they are discreet and quiet.

Please note that a forest, like everywhere else, must be maintained. On a daily basis we all take care to preserve the calm by using the machines only to the minimum but we do not escape in season the occasional noises of the foresters who work in the distance, or near the chalet.

Many animals live in the woods, it is important to respect them and especially not to feed them. No shouting, unnecessary noise, dog without a leash on public roads, etc.
If you want to come with your dog (only one allowed!) please make sure that it will not be aggressive with the neighboring animals and will not jump on the fences, it is for their well-being.
