* Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the cinema room. Sleeps 6.
* Bedroom 1: King-size bed. Please note: This room has a low ceiling, so mind your head!
* Bedroom 2: Double bed.
* Cinema Room: Comfortable double sofa bed.
* Sun Room: A tranquil well-being space perfect for relaxation and enjoying the views. Due to the nature of the sunroom, it's not recommended for unsupervised children.
* Living Area: Cozy living room with a fireplace for warm, inviting evenings.
Kitchen:
* Fully Equipped: Includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Bathrooms:
* 1 full bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, and sink.

Amenities:
* Cinema Room: Enjoy movie nights on the large-screen projector with surround sound and comfortable sofa bed seating.
* Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
* Heating: Central heating throughout, plus a fireplace in the living room.
* Parking: Ample free parking is available on site.

Outdoor Space:
* Pond: A beautiful pond is located on the property. Please note: The pond is unfenced. Children and pets must be supervised at all times near the pond and should not enter the water. There is a decked area next to the pond, please be cautious here also.
* Decking: Enjoy the views from the decking area adjacent to the pond. Exercise caution on the decking, especially in wet weather.
* Gated Area: A secure, gated area is provided, perfect for children and dogs to play safely.
* Farm Setting: Heron's Perch is situated on a working farm. You may encounter friendly farm animals during your stay. Please do not feed them without permission.

House Rules:
* Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please keep them on a leash when outside the gated area.
* Children: While children are very welcome, please be aware that there are areas requiring supervision, such as near the pond.
* No Swimming: Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited.
* Smoking: No smoking indoors.

* Safety: Guest safety is our priority. Please take extra care near the pond and supervise children and pets closely.
* Farm Environment: Be aware of farm vehicles and machinery that may be operating in the vicinity.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole cabin, without having to share any facilities with anyone else. Please keep to the right of the greenhouse, this area is all yours. The left-hand side with the garages and sheds belongs to the owner of the farm..There is a meadow in the middle of the farm that guests are welcome to walk - dogs also allowed if on leads.
