A short drive or 20 minute walk into Bude town centre and to the beaches. All modern amenities including dishwasher, coffee machine, wine fridge and a private parking space. Home from home accommodation with all the mod cons you need. A great base to visit the areas of North Cornwall & Devon.

Beautiful setting overlooking the river Strat and fields. Juliette balcony to admire the views in the main bedroom. Spacious modern living area to relax in with large screen smart TV. Two beautiful bedrooms, one double with smart TV and one twin with TV, both with plenty of storage.
Lovely modern bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and more! Coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler fridge.

Guest access
Access through the main building door up 1 flight of stairs to apartment entrance. Security camera and system in place.

Private parking available for 1 car.
Additional free parking available on the road outside.
