Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Small but very efficient space for a quiet getaway. Enjoy dining on the terrace and enjoy beautiful sunsets over our 5 acre rescue horse farm. Fully equipped full kitchen if you choose to cook, great nearby restaurants too. 10 minutes to Westhampton Beach. Cottage comforts include washer/dryer/dishwasher/electric fireplace/smart tv/blackout drapes and bbq grill.

The space
"The Snug" is a separate cottage on an owner occupied property. The property is 5 Acres and is home to our rescue animals. Currently 2 retired race horses, one retired mini pony, a friendly boxer and a cat. The Snug has its own brick terrace with an outdoor dining table, propane BBQ and Adirondack Chairs. The terrace overlooks both the horses and our vegetable garden.

Guest access
Our property is deep and our driveway was often mistaken for a private road to access flag lots. Therefore, we’ve installed a gate. Guests access the property through the electric driveway gate. We'll gladly meet you at the cottage and give a quick run through if you'd like. We can also simply open the cottage and leave you the key. You let us know how you'd like to arrive.

**The Snug is an easy walk from the Speonk LIRR train station.

Other things to note
Our property is quiet and a peaceful zone to enjoy nature and animals. We restrict occupancy to a maximum of 2 adults
