The entire apartment is for your proper use. If you want to have a small gathering, ask for permission and do it on our terrace. We also have the canopy available to store your vehicle. Do not park in front of the store. If you want to buy something, you can visit the store. Abigail will be there to assist you with whatever she can always help you with

We accept small dogs, and if they are large we have an area where you can leave them safely. Dogs should not be on top of furniture
If you smoke, do so in the open area, not inside the apartment. An additional 50 dollars is charged if you smoke inside the apartment
