Welcome to Seattle! This spacious (3,000+ sq ft) & stylish modern home is packed with personality. The home has four cozy bedrooms (including two king beds, a queen, & a bunk bed for the kids), expansive kitchen & two comfy living areas. Step outside and you’ll find a hot tub, a trampoline, & a rooftop deck with views of West Seattle and the Sound.

Just two blocks from iconic Kerry Park, strolling distance to Seattle’s best coffee shops, bars, and restaurants & easy access to public transit.

The space
This is our primary home. We only rent on select occasions. It is VERY well stocked, but you might find a few drawers with clothes! We have only five-star reviews on a boutique rental site and are committed to offering the most comfortable stay possible. There is no AC, so if you happen to rent during a heat wave it will be warm inside. We have a trampoline and many games and toys for kids (5+), back deck, small yard, hot tub, and roof deck help make for a relaxing stay! Home is central, and it's easy to see all of the sites from here while staying in a tree-lined, family-friendly neighborhood.
