Spacious and relaxing private BEACH FRONT house in beautiful Calayo Cove in Nasugbu, Batangas, only 2 hours away from Manila. Perfect for large families and company outings

The space
This is our family beach house and I am sure your stay will be truly memorable! You will be able to enjoy and maximize the beautiful views of Calayo cove. Perfect for large groups and can fit 22 persons comfortably to a maximum of 24.

During sunset, hang out on our beach front wooden deck over drinks and enjoy one of the best sunset views in the area.

FEATURES:
- complete kitchen with outdoor grill
- strong wifi from converge
- free use of kayak and stand up paddle board (when available)
- 2 car garage + 2 outside parking in driveway
- karaoke allowed which can be rented for 1500 a day (if available from 3rd party supplier)
- island hopping available starting at 2000 pesos (3rd party supplier)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This listing is NOT for the entire house as some areas in the 2nd floor of the house is kept locked for private personal use only. There are 3 rooms in the ground floor and 1 room in the 2nd floor with full access to all outdoor areas including the outdoor deck, lanai and beach front. The place will be exclusive to you and there will be no other guests during your stay.

Neighborhood highlights

Calayo is a local barangay and fishing village in Nasugbu, Batangas. The house is surrounded both by homes of locals and some small resorts. The cove itself is stunning with an amazing sunset view. The sand is soft and fine and the beach clean with a gradual descent that is perfect and safe for children, except in the rainy season when the currents are strong.
