CITQ: 304537 This stunning fully renovated Beach House has a 6 person STEAM SAUNA, 7 person HOT TUB, outdoor shower (seasonal) with everything you could ask for. There are four tastefully decorated bedrooms, three full bathrooms, fireplace, outdoor bar, outdoor fire pit, outdoor sitting and eating area, fulling kitchen and dining area and outstanding office for work or TIC TOK. The Lake house has everything you could ask for including 3 Kayaks and 3 Paddle Boards, board games and SUNROOM.

The space
The Beach House just completed a makeover and will be staying in a historical house built in 1867 and was recently renovated and refreshed to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. You will marvel at the sunsets and the beauty of lake life. The privacy of the property is amazing but only steps away is the Saint Anicet Beach that can provide endless hours of fun and excitement. It is like a little backyard Oasis. As you sit in the hot tub, you can marvel at the lush greenery or the spectacular church, or the oncoming sunset. The boat launch is across the street so if you have a boat or snowmobile.... you will be in Heaven.
Heading out on the Kayaks or Paddleboards only requires a few steps to get into the lake for hours of fun. The winter time allows for guests to have the full SPA experience with the STEAM SAUNA, Hot Tub, multiple showers and Big bathtubs available for your relaxation. There is something for everyone at the Lake House - including tea and reading in the Sun Room with the spectacular view of the lake and Church.

We have two parking spots but the municipal boat launch and beach have multiple spots available. The SAQ (liquor store) grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, ice cream stand, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The pride of our community is the Saint-Anicet Golf Club with 18 holes which is only a few minutes away - it also offers walking trails in the Winter.
We are happy to help you with any requests during your stay. It could be horse back riding, hiking or nature walks, water sports, snowmobiling, ice-fishing, a spa retreat.... we are here to help.

Neighborhood highlights

The village of Saint Anicet is so small and charming.The famous Church is across the street, beach and boat launch are just steps away. Guests should take advantage of the bakery on our street, the butcher shop one street over, the grocery store, SAQ (wine etc), ice-cream stand, and small restaurants are all a short walk away. It is easy to sail off with the paddle boards or kayaks to explore the lake for a few hours well as some of the nearby islands. Golf and hiking trails are near by so please bring your equipment.
