The spa inspired master suite offers plush bedding, soothing tones, and soft lighting that instantly sets the mood.

You’ll have semi-private access to a beautiful sun filled living room, porch, deck, and backyard with a hammock.

We will arrange a champagne brunch, chef prepared meal, or on-site massage for a complete reset after a day of exploring.

The space
This luxurious suite is centrally located in the nation's capital. Your private unit is located on the main level with a separate entrance. You will enter using a smart lock and enjoy the amenities available to you.

Walking distance to the U.S. National Arboretum, parks, buses, city bikes, and scooters. Close to metro train stations, where you are minutes from the Smithsonian Museums, The Wharf, and the nightlife on the H Street corridor.

After a day of touring the city's sights, relax on our serene deck with a colorful, comfy couch. Opt to dine al fresco at our outdoor table for two or unwind the evening away in the hammock, under the stars.

We travel frequently and will likely not be on site. The lower level is also a self-contained unit with a separate entrance.

Guest access
We've set up our home to be very guest-independent, featuring smart locks and private entrances. When we are in town, we occupy the lower level, which features a separate entrance. We travel extensively and are likely to be traveling during your stay. We remain accessible.

Other things to note
Please note that the Washington, DC, Short Term Rental License Regulations require owners to occupy the property. However, due to our extensive travel schedule, we will likely not be on-site during your stay. We occupy the lower level, which also has a separate and private entrance.
