The space
Escape to serenity in our charming cottage on Sunset Lake on the Waupaca Chain O’ Lakes--NO WAKE LAKE. Nestled among towering pine trees, we are located in a quiet residential area.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the deck or unwind by the fire pit. We supply a generous amount of firewood. Perfect for couples or families looking for a tranquil getaway. Swim, fish or simply soak up the natural beauty surrounding you.

We’re excited to share a feature with our guests — our Entertainment Garage! This fun space has been thoughtfully set up for relaxing, playing games and making great memories during your stay. Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to hang out or a place for a little friendly competition, you’ll find it here.

We are pet friendly! Please inform Marcia if you intend to bring a pet--additional fees apply.
*4 vehicles can be parked in private driveway; no parking in the garage.

*3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (no bathtub), fully stocked kitchen, screened porch, wrap around deck, private dock with 60 feet of frontage. Blackout curtains in each bedroom; smart TV in each bedroom.

*(1) stand up paddle board, kayaks, row boat--all included with your stay.

*2 sets of steps to get down to Sunset Lake from the cottage. Total of 42 steps with a resting bench on the landing at about half way down.

*3 Ring cameras on premises--1 located on garage; 1 on corner of cottage toward front entrance door; 1 located on back deck toward lake. Motion activated; not actively monitored.

*2023 Bennington pontoon available for rent--please contact Marcia for rates/availability.

* this cottage does not have central A/C, but has (2) split ductless systems-- (1) in the living area and (1) in the primary bedroom. There are ceiling fans and oscilating fans located in each bedroom for added comfort.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all rooms in the house except owner's closet located in the primary bedroom.

2-car detached garage is for guest use as an added entertainment space—ping pong table, darts, basketball shooting game, arcade games and more!

1-car stall detached garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible to our guests.

Other things to note
Please note: the fire pit, tennis court and children's swing set directly to the right of our driveway when you drive in is not our property; please do not use.

The fire pit, chairs and wood in front of the cottage is for your use. BONUS--we provide a generous supply of wood.

Also, both bathrooms have walk-in shower stalls. There is no bathtub in the cottage.

This cottage does not have central A/C, but has (2) split ductless systems-- (1) in the living area and (1) in the primary bedroom. There are ceiling fans and oscilating fans located in each bedroom for added comfort.
