Welcome to our cozy, aesthetically designed 2-bedroom condominium in Urban Deca Homes Ortigas. Nestled in the heart of Pasig City.

Our unit can accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a pull-out, ideal for 4 to 5 people. The second bedroom is furnished with a double-sized bunk bed and an extra double mattress, providing sleeping space for up to 6 guests.

We’re also proud to be pet-friendly! Bring up to two pets along to enjoy your stay with you.

Free parking is available for up to 3 hours only. If you plan to bring a car or motorcycle, paid parking is available at the following rates:

• Car: ₱400 for 24 hours
• Motorcycle: ₱200 for 24 hours

Note : If your booking is for fewer than 3 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible. If you prefer to access both bedrooms, an additional fee of ₱300 per night shall be paid upon check-in

Please note also that we require a ₱1,000 security deposit before check-in. This will be fully refunded within 2 hours after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.

Visitors Policy

We allow daytime visitors free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

* The number of free visitors is limited to half of the number of booked guests. For example, if you booked for 6 guests, you may have up to 3 daytime visitors free of charge.
* Any additional visitors beyond the free allowance will be charged ₱150 per person.
* The maximum capacity of the unit is 12 persons, including both booked guests and visitors.
* All visitors are subject to prior approval.
