Beautiful apartment in a new building. Equipped with everything important, you can savor your valuable time here carefree.
Our apartment is located in Grassau within walking distance of the town center as well as the beautiful golf course and its surrounding nature.

There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The nearest train stations are Bernau and Übersee.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you!

The space
We have built a cozy nest for you, which is made with a relaxing color scheme and a lot of love. So you can feel comfortable and at home.
You can really relax here. 🌙✨

Our walls, which are over 4 meters high, give a feeling of space and freedom. The large roof surfaces made of untreated natural wood create a wonderfully pleasant indoor climate.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. From now on with a new large Siemens fridge-freezer in the next room. So you can sleep wonderfully without buzzing. 👍🏼

There is deliberately no TV, but a selection of magazines and books. Our Wi-Fi is accessible to you, so you can watch movies on your device if you wish. For a relaxing night, the Wi-Fi switches off at 11 pm and on again at 6 am. So the body can really recover well.

The place is facing west. From your own terrace, you can look into our garden and vegetable garden and enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening. ☀️ From about April to about October, the evening sun floods the apartment and immerses it in a wonderful light.
If the weather is worse, you can wonderfully "watch the weather." The thunderstorms are often very impressive here on the edge of the Alps.

Guest access
You enter your own apartment through a separate entrance.
Directly in front of it is a parking space for your car and your bikes. (Please drive the car all the way to the front, thank you.)

We will hand over🔑 your key personally upon your arrival. If needed, we can also deposit it with you.

A tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night is payable in cash. For this you will receive a guest card from the Grassau tourist information office. With the guest card you can take the bus for free and have many discounts in the surrounding museums or even trains.
