The space
This gorgeous, seaside home has been lovingly and colourfully restored as a fantastic space for a year-round break in Norfolk.
Sitting on a quiet street, it's fabulous location means you are only a few minutes walk away from the beach, pier, town centre, train station and supermarket.
There is private parking for two cars and an EV charger available at an additional £10 per day.
Sleeping six over four bedrooms. Two romantic, bedrooms with Kingsize Hypnos mattresses and two equally stylish and cosy, single bedrooms. All bedrooms have partial sea-views. Goose feather and hypoallergenic pillows; hotel-quality linens; privacy blinds; black-out curtains and USB charging points ensure a restful nights sleep.
There is a luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower; teeny-tiny freestanding tub (think 'The Holiday...!); brass fixtures; oversized mirror and underfloor heating. Perfect for a soak after a hard day's beachcombing.
The large, peach coloured, hallway welcomes you into the sitting-room which has an original 1930's 'sandcastle' style fireplace. Comfy sofas; bespoke soft furnishings; Netflix ready TV; Roberts speaker and superb cocktail cabinet complete with glasses, recipe books, shaker and ice-bucket. A blender is provided.
The sunny, dining room faces the pretty garden with climbing roses, honeysuckle and a huge fig-tree overlooking the lawn. A generous dining table for six, cosy reading nook, TV and Roberts speaker, along with Norfolk curated books, puzzles and traditional board games for when the weather is not so kind. Yoga mats are also provided for your sun-salutations and Savasana. It's also a great WFH space!
The bright kitchen is packed with everything you need to make a slice of toast or a five course feast. All new Neff appliances, Dualit toaster and kettle and a Sage coffee machine to practice your latte art. A small breakfast nook is a gorgeous sun-trap, perfect for the first cup of tea of the day as well as a seat for midnight fridge raiding.
Even with Cromer's blue-flag beach practically on your doorstep, the outside area is what makes a stay here so fun and special. The beautiful garden is lit with ground lights and custom festoons making dining outside a magical experience. A 'Kamado Egg' style BBQ and Gozney pizza oven (90 seconds for a margherita) brings everyone together.
The outdoor shower is fully tiled in deckchair stripes with hot and cold water so you can shower after a surf, rinse the dog or wash your hair under the stars.

IMPORTANT: Due to insurance and health & safety reasons, additional guests - including visitors - are not permitted at Westcliff. Please ensure your booking includes all those who are staying - even if they're only staying for a couple of nights. A mid-stay linen change is possible at extra cost. Please let us know when booking if you require this service.
Children are very welcome at Westcliff but cots and baby-gates etc. are not provided. Please let us know if you need the high-chair.
One well behaved dog is welcome at Westcliff. Please bring their bed, towel and whatever else they need! Water bowls are provided. Accidents in the house requiring specialist cleans are chargeable via Airbnb at £100. Unauthorised pets will result in the cancellation of your booking with no refunds.
Use of the EV Charger is £10 per day and a Payment request will be sent separately via Airbnb. Please let us know if you need to use it when booking.
We operate a strict NO smoking or vaping policy anywhere in or on the grounds of the property.
