[Guest standards and additional instructions]

It consists of 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) and 1 bathroom. If there are 3 or more adults staying, there may be inconveniences in using the bathroom.

If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, you will be forced to leave without a refund.
[Additional bedding instructions]
If you need additional bedding, a fee of 20,000 KRW per set will be charged. One set is for one person.
The bedding set consists of mattresses, duvets, and pillows for ondol, and are prepared in high-quality 300T cotton 100% silk materials.
For hygiene purposes, only professionally laundered bedding is provided, and it is required to book and deposit in advance.

The accommodation is operated on a non-face-to-face, unmanned system, and the access to the room is how to enter the front door keypad password.
On the day of check-in, the room number and access password will be sent individually to the customer.
The access information is only provided to the booker himself, and please refrain from sharing it with others.
When checking out, you can leave freely after a simple cleanup without returning the key.
[Pre-booking requirement]
1. Instructions for using the outdoor jacuzzi (no whirlpool function)
You can use it freely, but the use may be restricted for safety reasons depending on weather conditions (rain, strong winds, typhoons, etc.).
* In this case, no refunds will be issued due to the inability to use the jacuzzi.
When using, it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours to be full of water. Please prepare at your leisure
* Winter season (November-March) is not operated due to freezing and safety issues
2. Notice about the natural environment and bugs
The accommodation is adjacent to Jeju nature, so there may be occasional insect inflow.
We are checking as much as possible before check-in, but please understand that it is difficult to completely block due to the natural environment.
* We do not give refunds from insect-related inconveniences.
3. property restrictions: The below items are strictly prohibited when using the property:

Indoor smoking and use of firearms
Cooking foods with strong smells

4. Quiet hours operation

5. Request to clean up before you leave the room
Please clean and organize the tableware and cooking utensils.

6. Medium cleaning and linen change instructions
For stays of 3 nights or more, we provide change of bedding and towels and a simple mid-stay cleaning service upon request.
For stays of 2 nights or less, mid-cleaning and linen change services are not provided.
Basic supplies such as towels and toilet paper are provided upon request.
7. Shooting instructions
Personal photography is free, but drone photography and commercial photography must be pre-approved.
8. Precautions for use of facilities and equipment
Please use the accommodation and fixtures carefully.
In case of damage, loss, or excessive contamination, you may be charged for damages or cleaning fees.
Personal valuables will be stored by the individual, and we will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
The outdoor area can be slippery due to rain or dew, so please be careful.

Information on additional person fee and infants
-Additional charges will be incurred for the number of people exceeding the standard number of people, and additional charges for unpaid people will be paid on site.
-Fees for unpaid additional guests at the time of booking must be paid upon arrival to enter. (Children, infants included)
-If the number of guests, including infants under the age of 2, exceeds the maximum capacity of the room, use and refund are not possible.

2. If you have confirmed your reservation, please check your text messages. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, your accommodation contact information will be sent to you via text.
3. If you didn't receive a text after confirming your reservation, please let us know through the Airbnb messaging system.
4. Please be sure to provide a contact information that can be received within Korea at the time of reservation.
5. The host cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages incurred due to not entering the contact information.
Rules for using accommodation and facilities
-If you plan to check in after the check-in deadline, please call the accommodation contact information sent upon completion of the reservation.
-Amenities other than accommodation may be difficult to use depending on the weather or site conditions.
-Please check the availability of the facility through the Airbnb messaging function before making a reservation.
-Ancillary facilities are facilities provided in addition to the accommodation. Therefore, the use of additional facilities is not a reason for refund.
