Fully renovated and overlooking the CT River, the yard includes an expansive deck with a hot tub and direct river access. The cozy interior features an island kitchen with stainless-steel

Upon entering, you will be captivated by the modern and sophisticated design, with beautiful tones and luxury vinyl flooring throughout the main and upper levels. The home is adorned with high-end finishes and bathed in an abundance of natural light, creating a stunning interior atmosphere.
The main level boasts a spacious, open-plan layout that seamlessly blends the cozy living and dining areas ideal for relaxation and entertaining while enjoying the gorgeous water views. The chef's kitchen is a standout, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, chic custom cabinets, a custom glass backsplash, a deep single-bowl sink, and striking white quartz countertops with a stunning blue island. We provide a fully stocked coffee/tea bar with a Nespresso maker, traditional coffee maker as well as complimentary snacks, fruit, water and fresh baked cookies to start your day. Additionally you will also receive a complimentary bottle of wine during your stay. Conveniently located on this level is a laundry area with a brand-new, high-end washer and dryer.
