Long-Term Stay Note:
For long-term stays, the monthly package includes up to 1,000 units of electricity usage for 2 BHK apartments and up to 1,500 units for 3 BHK apartments. Additional consumption, if any, will be charged separately based on meter readings.
GST invoice is available for corporate and business bookings. Kindly let us know in advance if required.
• Check-in & Access: Upon arrival, a staff member from Comfort Curator will hand over the key to the apartment’s main gate for your convenience or you may Self Check in by Key lock box.
• House Rules:-
•. Housekeeping is done on alternative days, pls ask the housekeeper if you want bath or bed lines changed.
• This is a peaceful space, not suitable for loud parties or events.
• No decorations (e.g., balloons, wall stickers) are allowed, as they may damage the paint.
• We have Inverter Battery backup — only 6amp Switch & Socket will work. Airconditioner, Geyser, Refrigerator and other heavy electrical appliances won’t work in the case of power outrage.
• Food & Grocery Delivery:
• For food delivery, use Zomato or Swiggy to get meals delivered right to your doorstep.
• For groceries & essentials, use Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart for quick and hassle-free delivery.
We get housekeeping done on alternative days. Incase you need extra cleaning then we charge a nominal fees of 350₹
