1.❌Visitors: Any guest or visitor not previously informed to the host may result full forfeiture of the security deposit.
2.❌No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit. A designated smoking area is available at the back near guest parking.
3.❌Noise Control: Please avoid loud music or using amplified audio equipment.
• Quiet Hours:
• Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Friday to Saturday: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
‼️NOTE: Any violation from above may result in non-refund of the security deposit.
4.❌Damages or Issues: Please inform us immediately if any damages or problems occur in the unit during your stay so we can address them promptly.
Note: Lost tap card/key; as a result, the security deposit will not be refundable.

•Important Reminders•

1. Please be advised that if your reservation is for two (2) guests, only one (1) bedroom will be made available for use. This will be the bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed. Access to additional bedrooms will be limited unless otherwise arranged in advance.

2. Should you require a parking slot during your stay, we kindly request that you inform us at the earliest possible time, as parking availability is limited and subject to prior reservation. The applicable parking fees are as follows:
• Car: ₱400 per 24 hours
• Motorcycle: ₱250 per 24 hours

Note:
Being pet-friendly does not mean that pets stay for free.

While we gladly welcome pets, please understand that a pet fee still applies. This fee helps cover additional cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance to ensure the space remains comfortable and hygienic for all guests.

In addition we will be adding an amount of ₱1,000 for security deposit. But it will be refunded upon check out, this is subject if in case has any damages and missing in unit. Payment can be made via GCash or bank transfer
