I used it at a Christmas party.I stayed with the six of us and it was a very beautiful space.It was a good impression that the amenities were complete. The walls and furniture are also beautiful, and I thought it would look like a photo. I noticed that the bunk bed was right next to the air conditioner. Also, it sounds like karaoke until the morning because it's Christmas season.

This small hotel was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to gojo station within 5 minutes which gets you everywhere you need to go in Kyoto. I much prefer this kind of location to the hotels near the tourist areas. The place was well designed, clean, comfortable beds and cool ac. Even has a washer drier and fan in the shower to air dry clothes. Host was very responsive, we got to the place a little early and they were quick to send someone over to greet us. Enjoyed my time here and would definitely pick this place again.

It was clean, spacious, and so nice However, it was a little cold, but I think this is unavoidable. It's a little far from the station, but it was still too good to rest. Warm water comes out well and the atmosphere is good. I'm going to visit again next time

This was a great apartment - large by Japanese standards, in a quiet neighbourhood in Gion. Walkable to so many restaurants and cafes as well as the geiko/geisha area. Many temples and shrines close by, downtown Kyoto literally around the corner with its busy streets and shops. Host was very responsive when we asked for extra flatware - there were only 2 large dinner plates to eat off - nothing else. They delivered some promptly when we asked.

This was a lovely apartment that had everything we needed. The washing machine was a huge bonus. It was very clean and well located. The only two small things was that we weren't given our room number but luckily the host was very close by so it was sorted quickly. And, there's no lift and the stairs are very narrow and steep. This means if you've got heavy luggage it will be quite a strain!

Great hotel ! It’s a 15min walk from Kyoto station, and there are many bus stations near the hotel. There is a laundry room downstairs, the room is well equipped and you can take extra toiletries downstairs if needed. The area is quiet. I highly recommend this place !
