Great place, I found the apartment tidy to the limit, the host almost immediately responds to questions, a very atmospheric view from the balcony and amenities like air conditioning, fast internet and a TV with many features. In short, there's nothing to be attached to.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The host was friendly and responded quickly to all my questions. The location was also excellent. I’ll definitely come back in the future! 🌟

Nice apartment with spacious living room, which is very convenient for spending time together considering that one of the bedrooms is small. Kitchen has everything you need, bathtab is there and the balcony is great for drinking tea in the morning. Groceries are all around and everything else is in walking distance. The street can get noisy but thankfully soundproofing is fine, so no disturbance for your sleep.

Spectacular view from the 37th floor, by far the best in Batumi, super easy check-in, great contact with the host and cleanliness in the apartment. Just 10/10!

A cool and clean apartment. It's exactly like on the photo. Convenient location - from the window you can see and hear the sea, which is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note the hospitality of the host, Nikoloz. Very nice, polite and responsive person who personally met us and helped us get to the airport upon departure, and also connected a sim card and familiarized us with the nearest area. I recommend staying here, you are happy!

Great location. It's close to Batumi, but you live in greenery , in the mountains, where birds always sing. Lots of space in the house, there is a place to stay. Sufficient linen and towels if you travel light like we do. Everything you need is present! The hosts of the house are very friendly, as well as the neighbors🙂. If you want to relax in the middle of nature and see all the charm of Adjara is here for you🙂. Perfect to have a car, of course.

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

This was a better time! We stayed with Sofiko and her family for almost 2 months. During this time, we ourselves became part of her family: we fried meat together, played meat, played with children in the evening, and went for a walk in Batumi. Not comparable Georgian hospitality, so much warmth and kindness was in relation to us. The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond if there was even the slightest inconvenience. There is a beautiful garden around the house, and we were treated to fresh vegetables and fruits every day. A beautiful veranda that we sat on late and admired from the height of the evening Batumi. The location itself is very convenient: in a quiet location in the mountains, but to the main Carrefour in the center of Batumi 10 minutes by car. Taxis and food delivery come here without problems. Very quiet around, and if you want to be alone with nature, but also close to the city, this place is perfect. Very sad to leave, we loved this family and Georgia with all our heart. We hope to see them again!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Lana was very helpful. She asked all of our questions. The apartment is located in the huge apartment hotel. The location is great, the view is amazing. There are some things I’d recommend to improve: 1) bathroom rug 2) kitchen utensils like spoons and etc ( maybe we just couldn’t find them) 3) kitchen cleaning foam and sponge 4) iron desk
