The area is very popular among tourists as there are great restaurants and bars, aqua-park, children playgrounds, grocery stores, pastry shops, bars/clubs and restaurants nearby. Apartment is new and has all the necessary, brand-new furniture and accessories, kitchen and balcony. Apartment is on the 12th floor and has its own underground parking area.
