Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

It's a new and modern apartment with only one room and a lovely gallery. So it's an ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family (no separate bedroom!). In the bathroom there's a bathtub and a shower. You've got a good equipped kitchen.

Hostess Susanne was very helpful and very responsive and the house was perfectly set-up, well-stocked kitchen, everything we needed. If you are looking to explore Central Switzerland then this place is a perfect place to use as a hub. The apartment was just as described and in fact more spacious than we expected. The views are spectacular over the lake and the mountains. The host was very helpful and responsive and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the lake, the village of Weggis and the boat stop. We took the boat into Luzern which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend the Appartment and will definitely return when back in the area.

What can we say: it was just a dream! We really fell in love. The accommodation is superbly located. Everything can be reached on foot or by bike. The lake view is awesome. From here you can comfortably walk directly along the lake and river to Thun. We enjoyed every walk. The apartment was very clean and offered everything you need in it. It is stylishly furnished and we and our little daughter immediately felt very comfortable. We felt right at home. Lukas was a great host. Although he was on vacation himself, he always responded promptly and very friendly. His parents, who live above the apartment, were very accommodating and helpful. We found a great solution to store our bikes and strollers. We will be happy to come back! Everything was just right! THANK YOU for this wonderful holiday!

We stayed at Malonda’s place for 3 nights. She was a great host. We arrived there from Australia after a long long flight and she prepared vegetarian noodle pasta for us and prepared a welcome package on arrival. The place is small & cosy, good for a family of 2 or 3. The place is 10-15 mins away from the airport. The apartment is 2-3 levels below the ground/parking space and you need to use the steep stairs to get in the apartment. Something to consider if you have lots of luggage or having difficulty walking. Overall our stay was really good. Thank you Malonda.
