Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kostrena

We stayed at the "La Finca" for 8 days in the fall. The house is extremely clean and well maintained throughout (a big compliment to the housekeeper!). As you can see on the pictures, the furniture and the general furnishings are rustic and a little older, but the cleanliness convinced us very much. The pool outside was heated to 28 degrees, so we could go swimming every day and even in the evening despite the low outside temperature. The sauna is top. The hot tub is also a nice to have, for the price also fine. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that it is very sensitive. Although we thoroughly showered before use, the filter is always clogged, so the housekeeper had to come to clean and refill everything. Here it would certainly make sense to invest in a higher quality hot tub. Despite everything, Ivan responded very quickly and kindly to every question or ambiguity. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

Amazing house with beautiful decor. If you are the sort of person that values never using the "big light" this is the place for you. lots of space, room for socialising and quiet time. There is even a secluded kids play room downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again 😁

What an incredibly beautiful location. The moods on the sea are incredible - whether from the bed, from the sauna or from the pool. The well heated pool was worth gold at the beginning of October. Check-in and communication with Francesco's Team 1A. And what should not go unmentioned: we have never rented such a clean vacation home.. you hardly dare to touch anything;-). Overall recommended from A to Z. THANKS!!!!

The house corresponded to the description and is very nice. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. Natasa welcomed us warmly, was always available and took great care of us. 100% recommended, thumbs up.

First of all, thanks for everything! We rented the house for a week and are very excited. It has everything you need, and more. The house is perfectly located. You have your peace and privacy and yet you can reach the beach or restaurants in just 3-4 minutes by car. Absolutely top is the pool. Get up in the morning and cool off for the first time before heading to the beach! Will be cleaned once a week by arrangement with Danijel. There is everything in the house. Two refrigerators,microwave,coffee maker or even a washing machine. For us, the bed was very great for our daughter. A great cot and very warmly prepared. Still to the hosts. Very very friendly and communicative! We really appreciated the contact! Checking in and out was short and painless. We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Anita was immediately very kind and flexible with the time offering self check-in. Lake view accommodation in a quiet location but a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and the lake. Clean and well equipped accommodation with everything you need, there were also maps and brochures of the activities nearby. The outdoor patio is also very nice to eat and relax. I also highly recommend it to those traveling with their 4-legged friends like us.

Great apartment, very clean, everything available you need, much space. Great friendly host, flexible check- in even in the late evening hours. She even gave us some fruits and some drinks for free. Communication only via phone calls.

Our stay at this wooden house in the woods was amazing! The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. We loved the private jacuzzi and sauna, which gave us a perfect way to relax in nature. The BBQ area was great, and we enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves with complete privacy. Everything was so peaceful and well-thought-out. We left feeling totally refreshed and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We spent a very relaxing week in Gverino's beautiful stone house in the family. The house has a very nice location at the very end of the cottage settlement right on the forest. Behind the house a well-kept garden with old olive grove, to the front the view of the Adriatic Sea with sunrise over Cres. To get to the nearest places you need a car and drive for a quarter of an hour. The paths are easy to drive, a parking space right at the back of the house. The house is very tastefully renovated. The stairs between the floors are a bit steep but very well built, no problem for us. We enjoyed the time on the two terraces overlooking the sea, walking through the magnificent Mediterranean forest with laurel, sage and juniper down to the secluded bay and cooking together in the rustic kitchen of the house. A beautiful place that I would love to visit again.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We were more than just satisfied, for the coming season we will book the same accommodation

Highly recommend this Airbnb! The house and garden are absolutly beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The house was spotless, we felt right at home! Great pathway down to the harbor town for walks in the evening.
