Vacation rentals with a pool in Kostrena

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than we expected. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The swimming pool is just sublime. Inside and out, 10/10. Zoran gave us some awesome local recommendations. He is a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 min drive from the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must!

Great house including pool and terrace with barbecue station - nothing is missing! It was a nice time, the children immediately felt comfortable. Small attentions and great hospitality particularly surprised us.

Damir always answered our questions very quickly and was very helpful before and during our stay. The Hideaway is a great place to chill out, relax by the pool and enjoy the view.

The house is wonderfully equipped and quiet location. The pool and outdoor kitchen are great. Sara took care of everything quickly. We were there before check-in time and drinks were quickly ready for us. The weather wasn't quite as good. The house can be heated with pellets. There is a dehumidifier on the basement. All in all, a very successful stay.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. Already upon our arrival, we were very warmly welcomed, and also when we said goodbye, we felt completely well looked after. If you have any questions, there was an immediate answer, and we were always offered help. The house was spotlessly clean, and as a special highlight, a small buffet awaited us, which was a great surprise after the long journey. There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful pool and the cozy outdoor kitchen. Although the weather didn't always play along, we were able to enjoy a wonderful time thanks to the ping pong table and other recreational opportunities. We will be happy to come back!

The house corresponded to the description and is very nice. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. Natasa welcomed us warmly, was always available and took great care of us. 100% recommended, thumbs up.

Beautiful house. Fully furnished. Location a little outside but if you like it quiet, this is the place to be. Very centrally located on the island, so all spots are easily accessible by car. But since the house has everything, you don't necessarily have to leave and can spend the day at the house. Nearby (5 minutes by car) is a small playground with sports facilities. CAR is mandatory for shopping, etc.

A stunning and peaceful property. The garden is a beautiful wonderland, with lots of different spots to relax and unwind. The host family are amazing, so very welcoming and kind, while also giving a lot of privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property for a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Beautiful place, breathtaking views. Very clean in Mario apartments. Very nice helpful hosts. It's been a long time since we rested like this. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in the wonderful spa apartment. The welcome by Filip was very nice, uncomplicated and everything was explained to us. Fresh flowers, fruit, burning candles, and chilled Prosecco made us feel very comfortable right away. The equipment of the apartment is very high quality and extensive. Filip was always available for questions and issues. The outdoor area with great pool, hot tub, tennis court and the unique view of Kvaner Bay was really our highlight. Great place to relax. Although there are other apartments in the building, privacy has been paramount. The owners, who live in the upper area and next door, behaved almost invisible and also from the apartment below you didn't notice much. We highly recommend the property.

We were completely satisfied. I loved the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can walk for a long time on the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

We had a stay of one week. From the moment we met Lili at the front door we felt at home. So welcoming and open. Lili always had a smile. Lili had made some delicious muffins for our arrival and some amazing fritters mid week. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything that we needed. The pool and surrounding area were beautifully maintained. Marino was so helpful upon our arrival. He explained the local area and the not so local. Marino spoke excellent English . We had a car and wanted to explore Istria. Close by was a well stocked supermarket, a little further on was a large shopping centre. Both within walking distance. It was a 10 min walk to the arena and city centre. Such a lovely and accommodating family. Thank you.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

The stay is great. The house is as shown in the pictures and everything was clean. We paid the deposit at the beginning and then got it back on departure. There was no pool heating (so for the outdoor pool), but everything worked out with the hot tub in the separate "house".

Great location centrally in Istria. Friendly host. Well equiped house, nice view on calm surroundings. Top!

We had a wonderful stay and can totally recommend this house for vacation. It was really clean, homey and had everything you need. The view is amazing and the landlords are very friendly. Communication with them was very easy and they did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

All good , clean and host was reactive due to the electricity outage and tried her best to make it ok
