The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

it was indeed very good stay. Location was easy to locate it is away from Rush of city life. Reaching with own vehicle is quite easy compared with the local transportation. Caretaker is a nice person. Though Studio is smaller than appears in photo hence is a best fit only for couple without kid. AC in this summer looks inefficient , either needs repairing or need service but overall place looks like maintained for own stay. a surprise was small decoration on bed for our anniversary. I don't remember when a during message communication I did mentained that I am going for anniversary but host kept that in mind and made an arrangement with balloons and other arrangemen. A welcome kit is also good gesture.

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

The Villa is amazing , has a Portuguese feel to it, Big Pool, Lots of Palm Trees, Great food service , perfect place for family & friends. Good Host, Thank you for the stay.

Amazing place. Location could not have been better. It was so close to all the nice cafes but was peaceful and quiet at the same time. It was a very nice and aesthetic place to stay at.Anjuna beach is close.Special shoutout to the hosts who were literally amazing. They curate a list of experiences and share it with you and they were there for us whenever we needed help. If I ever go back to Goa, I would stay here only. Also the two wheeler rental is right next door and the complimentary beers were amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying at this 1BHK apartment in Goa for 10 days, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a well-maintained and tastefully decorated living space. The cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it convenient for me to prepare my meals when I didn't feel like dining out. One of the highlights of this stay was the balcony, offering a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a sunset. The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, and the security measures provided a sense of safety throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive experience.
