Separate entrance for the apartment. 700 meters to the swimming area with small sandy beach, lawn, swamps, slide, diving board, floating dock and docks. Nice hiking opportunities in forests and along country roads. 60 km to Oslo. 7 km to the nearest city center with pharmacy and grocery at Skjønhaug. 9 km to Askim with pubs, restaurants and water park, Østfoldbadet. Poor bus connection.
