We had a pleasant stay at Olga and David's place. Hosts are very responsive, available, and very friendly. The listing is as described and private parking is a real plus. The accommodation is very well located and we did everything on foot. I recommend it 100%.

Rented Liesbet’s place for a long weekend with my daughter and it was perfect! Close to grocery, parks, playgrounds and trails; great pizza; and of course the beach. Extra lovely for me was the shared bike parking, comfy bed and effective shutters - plus a fan for when it gets warm enough! Can’t recommend enough.

Very suitable for a stay with kids. We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment with 2 small children. The view is superb, the children and we, the adults, were able to enjoy it with joy. We will come back without hesitation. Many thanks to Élise for the nearby parking :)

Beautiful, located directly on the seawall. Everything ample in stock, towels, bed sheets, bathroom stuff. More than enough crockery, glassware and cutlery. Very friendly hostess. Apartment is on the first floor. Easily accessible garage. Like most apartments built in the 1970s a bit more noisy depending on the use of neighbors.

Functional, pleasant and good location apartment to discover the surroundings. Note the very comfortable bedding and impeccable cleanliness. Good value for money.

We had a great time in this superb place, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything was thought out to feel good, whether as a family with a child or as a couple. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes drive from the beach. Special mention to our host, very responsive and friendly, who was able to make our experience even more enjoyable. My husband and I spent 9 nights there. The apartment has a great location. Bakeries, butchers, a supermarket, restaurants, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It is also only a few minutes' walk to the tram and the beach. The parking space for the car is only once around the corner and is visible from the apartment. Check-in was via key box, which was very pleasant. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs or the elevator. It was very clean, super equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The open kitchen/living room is spacious and the two bedrooms are at the back, away from the street. The contact with Francois and Ewelina was easy and friendly. We would book again.

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

We had a great time, very clean accommodation, matches the photos and description, easy to park and especially for free. The owners are very friendly, responsive to messages, clear and accurate explanations. We thank them for the little surprise, a basket filled for a hearty breakfast. You want to have a great time relaxing, look no further and go to the spa su park. We recommend, you can go there with your eyes second.

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.
