Very comfortable home in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk away, there are restaurants, tea shops and karikku sellers, which is great. My friends had a wonderful time in the spacious living room, which was perfect to hold all of us together. Check in was easy and they made room for early check in.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly neat and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It was cozy, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. The host clearly put thought into creating a welcoming atmosphere. A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

We had a pleasant stay at Binu’s house. He was responsive and ensured we were able to locate the place and check in smoothly. We appreciate the option to have authentic Kerala food right at the stay. Binu was very flexible with checkout time. One of us forgot a gold chain and ring. The host helped locating and returning to us. We will definitely come back!!!

It is a very beautiful place at a very private location, It is away from all the crowd and traffic.The property matches the description, Outside area was as maintained as in the pictures. Host was very friendly and approachable anytime. It's a cosy place for 2,3 to chill and relax. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basic things.

Great stay! Everything was just perfect. Very spacious. The only hiccup is the place was a but interior than what we expected. The pocket roads were too narrow. It was a bit hectic with the car. But nothing was wrong in the stay. The host were great. Kitchen and other amenities were simply awesome. Calm and quiet place to spend time.

The place was very clean and well maintained. Host Gopalakrishnan is very warm, friendly and hospitable. He went above and beyond to help me go around places and connect with a local taxi driver for my other travel plans.

Gayuzz is such an awesome and rare spot – perfect for a group hangout! It’s super spacious, so even with large groups you’ll have all the room you need to chill. The private pool is a total highlight – super clean and just amazing for late night dips. What makes this place even better is the host. They’re super chill, have clear and simple rules, and are totally okay with late night parties. Everything about this stay just works – nothing feels out of place, and it’s clear they’ve thought of everything to make it comfy and fun. If you’re looking for a spot to relax and have a blast with friends, this is it. Totally worth it!

Mr. Fauzan and Mr. Imthiyaz are excellent hosts. From the planning phase of the trip to the stay, they are always in touch, responsive within minutes and goes beyond expectations. Hosts arranged transportation from airport to the apartment, and greeted us from there. They welcomed us warmly and toured the place, gave us tips in how to get around and offered more than we expected. Theres a caretaker whos' nearby and friendly. The location and view is as beautiful as advertised and offers a private space. Not much tenants currently stay in the complex therefore it was very quiet too. This stay is awesome in every way and surely recommend to all. Definitely will come back if I'm going this way again.

This review is written by my sister who stayed 11 nights with her family: Janice is a wonderful host! Before we arrived, she was very responsive to questions and even organised blockout blinds in the master bedroom so my toddler could nap. During our stay, she was prompt to deal with issues that arose and accommodating of our requests, making our stay very comfortable. Janice's apartment is great! It is extremely clean and well maintained. There is air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen has all the basics required and Janice provided us with filtered water. There are mosquito nets for the beds, however we didn't need them as we didn't find that mosquitoes got in when we kept the doors closed. There is great netting on the windows and around the balconies which seems to keep the bugs out. There's a good washing machine and ironing board. The iron is basic, so it was a little hard to iron items that needed steam. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back :)

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s apartment which explains already how much I love the place. David is always responsive to every message and special shoutout to Krishna who is the caretaker of the place for being so proactive to every phone call. I am looking forward to stay here again when I am in Kochi and request to everyone, that you should too without any doubt. :)

Fantastic place. Extremely neat and spotless. Bathrooms were gleaming. The balcony was superb. Just did not want to get up from the balcony. Very close to marine drive. Host Anju was ever so helpful and was in toch throughout and made our stay very comfortable.

Sreekanth's place in Kakkanad was an amazing place for a vacation. I was staying in his place with my family for around 2 weeks and I enjoyed all the amenities provided by Sreekanth. He's super responsive and easy to communicate with and was willing to assist us whenever required. I would recommend people travelling to Kochi to book their stay at Sreekanth's place due to the proximity to major public transportation as well as the amazing choice of restaurants nearby.

I had an absolutely wonderful 20-day stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to amenities. The hosts, Khazraj and Fahad was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The attention to detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made it feel like a home away from home. The family-friendly features were a standout—my child had a blast in the pool and the kids' play area, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.
