Lovely peaceful place with great country walks and villages around. All the features listed so easy to stay in and very comfortable.Rupert friendly and great welcome pack as a real plus!

The accommodation is stunning - very roomy and comfortable apartment for two people with separate kitchen, lounge with dining area, bathroom and bedrooms. There are lovely views across rural Rutland farmland. Jan was really helpful and efficient before and during arrival. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Sue (host) went above and beyond in so many ways. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb places and this really was a place where everything had been thought about. This included goodies for breakfast, a huge range of teas, coffee maker (with pods ), a bottle of wine, huge yummy biscuits etc etc etc. The kitchen was VERY well equipped- couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t there! All very much appreciated. Also other simple things like plenty of sockets for charging, drying hair etc in convenient places!!! Towels and bedding good quality and lovely toiletries. Everywhere was very clean and tastefully decorated. The annex is attached to the host’s house but is very private and easily accessible, she even let us park on the drive. The annex is about 20 minutes walk to the amenities, which we did quite easily. Sue was always very responsive to any communication. Incredibly helpful indeed. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely little annexe, exactly as described. Warm, comfortable and cosy. Easy access to Oakham and Rutland Water. Sue was very friendly and helpful.
