Accommodation with Jacek was perfect, located in a quiet area next to the entrance to the spa park. We appreciate the opportunity to come with a pet, self check-in, a private parking space, and a garden by the apartment. Everything was clean, modern, and there was nothing missing in the apartment. Jacek was a great host, responsive and kind. Thank you and we'd love to come back to Polanica!

The location and especially the big garden is magnificent. Ideal for children, but also to come at home yourself. In the shed there are all nice things to entertain you with and in the garden there are several playground equipment and a trampoline. Although it is a shared garden, you notice little of the other guests due to the surface. The apartment is nice and spacious and nice and cool in the summer. The interior is well maintained and the rooms are all comforted. The grill hut in the garden is also a nice addition. Arie and Geertje are also very hospitable and do everything they can to make you comfortable. They explain everything clearly and are always ready to help. We would definitely recommend it to others and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Super flat close to the center of Polanica but in a quiet and quiet area. Easy to walk to mountain trails. Plus for the host that I accept pets 🐾 (we traveled with a dog). The apartment is exactly like in the photos and as described. Recommended for everyone!

The host was very responsive and helpful. We checked in and checked out without needing to meet with anybody (the host gave us the necessary codes remotely). The apartment is modern and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen, in particular, has everything one may need to prepare meals. The wifi is very fast (fiberoptic). The whole town is very walkable, and there are plenty of hikes in the mountains surrounding it. Most days, we walked 10-20 km (6-12 miles). I particularly recommend a walk from the rental unit to the historic sanatorium built over a century ago on the forested hill to the south of town. There is also a hike on Park Hill displaying WWII-era armaments. But the biggest tourist attraction in town is the Arado system of underground tunnels from WWII which is accessible with guided tours. The town has a train connection to Czechia (a 50-minute mountain rail line direct to the cute town of Trutnov from which one can connect to cities like Hradec Kralove and Prague).

She reached out on her own if we made it to the listing. We didn't know where to park and the lady immediately responded and advised us a safe place, great communication. The place was easy to find, we got in right away. Everything was tidy and clean. It was nice warm inside. Nice views of the street and surrounding mountains from the window. Almost next to the apartment is a store where you can buy anything. There was a paper in the kitchen with information what we can see in the city. I'd be happy to recommend Iwona's place. 😊

A cottage like a fairytale, perfectly suitable for the relaxation we were looking for. She just squeaked the stove a little, but that's not something that bothers us more. All communication with Mark was relaxed and responsive. I definitely recommend staying.

Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. A very cozy cottage in an incredibly charming neighborhood. Peace, quiet, immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the little-known parts of the Golden/Rychlebski Mountains. Beautiful sky at night not confused by the light of a lighthouse. Perfect if someone is looking for a break from civilization with it at your fingertips (Lądek 10min away by car or less than an hour through the forest) Host very communicative, kind, and helpful. Access to a barbecue and a wood-burning fireplace is also a big plus. Well-maintained and clutter-free. However, if for some reason someone would focus on intensive use of the internet during their stay here, it is worth knowing that the gsm is residual or not at all, and the internet connection is at a moderate speed (e.g. playing a hd video on only one device at a time). I sincerely recommend the place and the host. My friends and I will be happy to come back here again.

Really peaceful place, even with the neighbors around, enough privacy to properly relax. Additional thanks for letting to stay with pets, my ferrets enjoyed walking in the yard! Sad we stayed only for 1 night, would definitely come back.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Poland so far! There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and the apartment is perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. The host was very responsive, helpful, and even accepted special requests for arrival.

The place was absolutely perfect beyond our expectations. Everything is clean, new. Fully equipped kitchen, linens clean and scented, in the bathroom cosmetics from the hostess to try. Lots of children's toys, books, lego games, dolls, cars, etc. So it's not necessary to bring their toys for children. The sauna was perfect. We had a great stay

Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay, we had a great time. The place is clean, tidy, and has everything you need, and above all, it's warm, which is important on winter days. The only downside is the understatement on airbnb, because the sauna and hot tub are not exclusive, you just have to book the hours where it will be available, otherwise other guests may show up, and such a reservation is only free once for the entire stay (at least we had it for the weekend). I still highly recommend the apartments, I would love to come back! Thank you for your great hospitality and beautiful memories ;)

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

We were very satisfied with the stay. The apartment is fully equipped and modernly furnished. Outside, there is a beautiful seating area in a quiet location. The attractions (Sky Walk, Sky Bridge) are within 30 minutes walking distance.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided everything you needed. A good place for a barbecue and equipment provided, near the house a stream. Pretty close to the peaks of the Polish Mountains like Śnieżnik, Rudawiec, Kowadło. The only downside is the surroundings of the apartment. A little run down yard on the outskirts of the countryside. Even so, I think it's worth it because of the very low price for such a high standard of living. It can fit 8 people. Each of the 3 rooms with a full Smart package: Netflix, Youtube. The contact with the owner is worth mentioning. I recommend
