It is located in the heart of Kleve and within walking distance of all the shops of daily life, train station, cafe and restaurants, downtown, Tiergartenwald with historic park,museum Kurhaus,Tiergarten, cinema,sports center and the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and yet very quiet and in a preferred residential area.

Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

In the immediate vicinity, you can visit numerous restaurants and cafes, or enjoy a break on your own terrace. Excursions and cycling in the surrounding area are very popular. The new European cycle path connects Kleve with the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Optimal starting point for bike tours and excursions e.g. to Kalkar,Xanten, Kevelaer, Weeze and the Netherlands. A small fully equipped kitchen with fridge (with small freezer compartment) and the possibility to warm up something in an oven/microwave combination. The bench under the Linde invites you to linger in the evening.

We (Jakob and Lilia) are friendly, open-minded hosts who live in the adjacent house. From the apartment you can walk to the city center and the train station in 5 minutes. Shopping is within walking distance in approx. 5-10 minutes. Speed Queen Laundromat and bike rental are nearby.
