Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

We offer accommodation in a private, attic apartment in the center of the small town of Lomnice nad Lužnicí (10 km from Třeboň - an attractive place in South Bohemia not only for cyclists and families with children). Lots of swimming options (Třeboň water park, Veselské sand pits, ponds). The apartment is on the first floor of a family house, where the lower part is occupied by us - the owners. We are available to our guests when needed and are happy to advise on where to go for trips around the area or anything else.

There is a small zoo nearby, a farmhouse with pets, and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

The house is completed in 2018, located in a fenced garden near the family house in the outskirts of the village of Lusatia, 6km from the spa town of Třeboň. The accommodation includes the use of outdoor seating and barbecue facilities and storing bikes in a closed garage. Accommodation is suitable for nature lovers, nearby are forests, the Lužnice river,near the village pond Rožmberk. There is also a shop and an inn in the village. In our neighborhood, surrounded by pristine forests, you can pick mushrooms, blueberries or cranberries. Magical cycling trails will take you directly from the cottage along the traces of the region's history or to Austria.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
